Chairman

Luke Plumpton
Managing Partner
Mr. Plumpton is a private equity executive with over 7 years of M&A, investment banking, and operational management team experience. He is responsible for evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and financing transactions, as well as monitoring O2’s portfolio companies.

Mr. Martinez is a former Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for AAR. He currently serves on the Board of the National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA), serving as Chair for the Aviation Sector.
